Tommy Craddock, Founder, Lead Trainer, Behavior Consultant

Tommy earned his ABC Certified Dog Trainer

certification from the Animal Behavior College.

Animal Behavior College is approved by the Bureau

for Private Postsecondary and Vocational

Education and is an internationally recognized

school. Tommy’s long-term commitment to this

program has provided him with a formal education

in canine obedience training and a deep

understanding of the motives underlying canine

behavior patterns.

Barbara Craddock, Business Manager

Barbara Craddock serves as the company’s Chief

Operating Officer and oversees the scheduling,

online marketing, supply procurement, client

relations, and operational strategy. Barbara also

assists with dog training on an as-needed basis.

Barbara obtained her medical billing and coding

certificate from Kaplan University. Prior to joining

the company, Barbara spent four years as an

assistant teacher at an accredited childcare facility.

Katie Duffin, Task work specialist

Katie started as an apprentice in the beginning of 2022. She has developed her training skills under Tommy, as well as another professional service dog trainer based out of Indianapolis. Katie has trained her own multipurpose service dog, and is in the process of training another one. Katie holds a Bachelors' in Human Development and Family Studies and has worked a multitude of jobs since graduation.

Kane, All Around Good Boy

Kane is a 5 year old Dogo Argentino and has lived with Tommy's family since he was a puppy. Kane is a great family dog that helps visiting dogs learn the rules of the house and will sometimes add more chaos to the house, but can bring the calmness just as quickly.

Bubba, Expert Snuggler, Service Dog

Bubba was rescued in 2017 from a shelter in Kentucky. He is a really big mutt made mainly of bully breeds. Bubba has been Katie's service dog since 2022. Bubba is currently working toward becoming a therapy dog.

Dugan, Shenanigans starter, Service Dog in Training

Dugan is a giant, growing puppy in training to take over when Bubba retires. Dugan is half English mastiff and half French Mastiff, and all love and slobber. Dugan is doing fantastic with his training.

Ace, Tug master/body builder

Ace is the smallest dog in the house, but thinks has the biggest attitude. Ace is currently learning his basic commands and becoming a walking champ!
